ONDA (2023-Current)

​Created in 2023 in Puerto Rico, the name of the band comes from the term "Buena Onda", which loosely translates to  "good vibes".  Now expanded to the Denver/Colorado market, Onda is a duo comprised of Troy on cajon and Barb on violin/loops.  Playing world music (multiple genres from jazz and Latin grooves to afro-cuban and pop), Onda utilizes electronic backing tracks and loops to create a DJ-type sound combined with live instrumentation and arrangements.  Scalable to be able to perform anywhere from a smaller space with sound restrictions to a larger outdoor venue, Onda can do it all!
