M SQUARED (2012-2020)
Originally meant to be a practice band, M Squared gained a following as an eclectic, avant-garde modern jazz fusion jam trio. Playing mostly original music, the band utilized live loops to sound like a 5 or 6 piece band. Performing for almost a decade from Denver to the Telluride Jazz Festival and many places in between, the band was way more successful than it ever intended to be. Unfortunately, the group did not survive the music shut-down of covid, like many bands/venues, such as the famed El Chapultapec in Denver, where M Squared headlined quarterly on a weekend for over 5 years.
